What is my workout routine?
There is no 'magic bullet here'. It's a combination of heavy weights, very targeted nutrition, and a shitload of supplements. I'm happy to answer any specific questions. It comes down to HOW you workout, what and how much you eat, and how you support the process of muscle synthezis, plus fat absorbtion, using a variety of healthy/natural supplements. (This can mean 30-80 pills a day).

Do you ever give specifics of how you do what you've done to your body? You look like you have 2-3 percent body fat.
PLUS, you've got an amazing skeletal shape/proportion.

Btw I hope you do not use hormonal additives (steroids, growth hormon etc. and the worst of all, dubious things from internet). They have systematic side effects and unnatural perfection got this way may lead to unnatural problems.

I'm not entirely sure as to the direct effects of Testosterone injections, (aside of the obvious side effects). I would put my focus more on HGH, if you're looking to inject, which should trigger its fair amount of testosterone in conjunction. However, none of this really reaches its full potential in your body if you don't couple it with serious weight training. Once you build a base from those two angles (weights & supplementation), the rest is nutrition. Send me a note if you have any more specific questions.
